Allora provides network tech support for customers across North Carolina in and around the Triangle Area. Many customer issues can be handled remotely. For those issues that require Onsite Tech Support, we add a charge for drive time, depending on where your business is located. We have standard drive times for the greater triangle area. For other areas, we determine drive time on a case by case basis.

Please note, that Allora rewards customers who sign a Customer Agreement by giving them guaranteed service:
· Monthly Maintenance Services. These services are scheduled on a monthly basis in order to reliably and securely maintain customer`s computer network. Route tech support includes inspections, backups, updates, scans and workplace optimization. Customers receive a 25% discount off of these Managed IT Services.
· Prescheduled Services. Customers may choose to purchase a set number of hours each month in which Allora will perform IT services at the customer`s direction and at a set schedule. Customers receive a 25% discount off of these Prescheduled Services.
· Emergency Support Services. This guarantees that an Allora technician will respond to a call for emergency support within a set amount of time. If an onsite visit is needed we would typically arrange it the same day provided that a request was made before ~2-3PM. Under the terms of our contract system Allora is obliged to start working on resolving an urgent technical issue within one business day. We would choose the fastest solution out of several support options available.
