Heads up!! There's a new type of a pretty successful virus encrypting Microsoft Office documents on your computer and network. A new customer just asked us for help because all his Word docs were corrupted. ESET didn't fight off the virus. We know that TrendMicro didn't catch this type of infection a few days earlier as well. Decrypting the files without a Private key is next to impossible. Sometimes a virus would ask for a ransom of $100.
